![]() ![]() I know of one Alienware user who reported that Dell is trying (and failing) to push out a new SupportAssist v3.13.7.0 update to their machine - see alienware17r4's 1 post in their thread 17 R4, firmwaretpm.exe stopped working - so perhaps Dell is aware that there's a bug in the current SupportAssist v3.13.2.14. My best guess at the moment is that the rollback of my Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin for Dell Update to v5.9 on 08-Feb- 2023 while SupportAssist was self-updating to v3.13.2.14 has also messed up the delivery of Dell Update for Windows Universal v4.8.0. My 2 post in my thread Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin for Dell Update Rolled Back to v5.9 notes that SupportAssist v3.13.2.14 and Dell Update Windows Universal v4.7.1 were both able to detect an available update for my Inspiron 5583/5584 BIOS v1.22.1 on 2 so I'm not sure why the two older updates mentioned above still aren't being detected. ![]() 2, previously installed on my system on 3 but rolled back to v5.9 on 0 when SupportAssist self-updated to v3.13.2.14) Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery Plugin for Dell Update v5.6 (rel.Dell Update for Windows Universal v4.8.0 (rel.3) yet but SupportAssist v3.13.2.14 and Dell Update Windows Universal v4.7.1 are both failing to detect the following two updates for my system: ![]() I haven't tried running the offline installer (Dell-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_0RCG0_WIN_4.8.0_A00.EXE, rel.
